We are an activist-minded group of individuals from diverse backgrounds who share the common bond of a private, Jesuit, high school education from Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx, NY. We believe that our education helped pave a path toward future success for us, but we are keenly aware that the inequalities that beset our lives continue to persist in the communities we associate with.
The first hurdle Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) face is the limited opportunities that are available relative to other members of society. Fortunately, we are positioned to make change today. Our vision is to build a more equitable pathway for BIPOC youth from historically disadvantaged communities into schools that will prepare them for higher education and careers; to ensure a holistic experience during those crucially formative years; and to establish a foundation for financial and personal wellness going forward.
It is through initiatives like these that we will peel away the layers of inequity in our society. We ask that you consider donating to our cause.
